Born to Janet and Lee Zweben, Evan grew up with strong family values and an enduring connection to his local community. His formative years were closely tied to the Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) and the JCC Camps at Medford—institutions that would fundamentally shape both his personal and civic life. It was through the JCC that he met his future wife, Caryn, forging a bond that would remain the center of his world for decades.
Zweben pursued his higher education at Towson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. This academic foundation equipped him with the analytical skills, financial acumen, and market understanding that would later propel his highly successful career in the commercial property sector.

Zweben’s career in commercial real estate spanned over two decades, during which he established himself as a premier broker and trusted corporate advisor in the Southern New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia markets.
He spent over 17 years at Colliers International, eventually rising to the position of Senior Managing Director. During his tenure from 2004 to 2021, he became one of the region’s top-performing brokers, specializing in office, healthcare, and investment properties. His exceptional performance earned him numerous industry accolades, including the Colliers Everest Sales Volume Award for highest sales volume within the office specialty division (2011, 2014, 2015, and 2019) and the Liberty Property Trust Largest Office Lease Award in 2011. Furthermore, he was a four-time recipient of the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award, officially recognizing him as one of the region’s “Top 20 Leasing Brokers”.
In September 2021, Zweben joined Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) as Executive Vice President and Broker Manager. In this leadership role, he guided brokerage operations and delivered high-level advisory services to a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to regional healthcare networks. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Platt Memorial Chapels in Cherry Hill, NJ, followed by burial at Crescent Memorial Park in Pennsauken, NJ. Shiva will be observed at the home of Janet and Lee Zweben.
